Rally driving in a Ford Ka - their first taste of driving?

It never ceases to amaze us when we are writing up new driving products for kids that anyone of sane mind would even think about letting a youngster behind the wheel of their precious rally cars. But once again we found ourselves writing about rally driving for juniors the other day, this time in Silverstone.

Can you imagine just how excited you’d be if the first car you ever got to drive was a fully race-prepared Ford Ka rally car? Seems a far cry from the very sedate 1.1l Fiesta with a big driving school sign on the roof that we made our driving debut in! If only Into the Blue had been round waaayyy back then…

Let your little darlings take to the purpose built off road rally track in a race-prepared Ford Ka rally car

Of course, your little darlings aren’t just let loose on the race track, they are given a full safety briefing before climbing into the driving seat and once settled, the professional rally driving instructor will guide them through their very first driving maneouvres.

If they take to driving like a duck to water, they could even find themselves learning how to pull handbrake turns and powerslides - and all on a purpose built off road rally stage track.

Brilliant fun for youngsters aged between 10 and 16. We’re really quite jealous!
